I called American Lock & Key, Rancho Cucamonga to get a quote for a replacement key for my daughter’s 2000 Mercedes E430.  For those who don’t know, this is a key that most sources say “dealer only”.And it takes two days and the car has to be there to pickup.  I could not wait two days, and could not get the car there without towing, which would have added to the expense.  I called Anthony at 9am. He said he could be there between 11am and 1pm. He arrived right at 11am.  He said it will take one hour to complete the work, and that is how long it took. And I now have a shiny new working key.  I can’t say enough about how happy I was to get it done same day, in the timeframe quoted, and at a good price. And from a nice guy.
